2. MB SD C4 with serial number #101044 can't work with software version newer than V2020.3. Otherwise hardware will get locked and have to return back to factory to refresh and unlock it.



3. It's Internal Hard Disk to boot laptop, CANNOT use as external Hard Disk, otherwise will damage the software files. We will not provide after-sale service due to this problem.

4. When your put the hard disk to your laptop, if the laptop can't start, maybe it needs to be changed the disk mode to AHCI.
