Q: CD broken?

Q: Bluetooth cannot connect?
A: Pls check if you ever connected another ELM327 with your mobile phone first, if has, pls delete it first, and close bluetooth then open again and search your new ELM327, then do connected again.
Still can not solve it, contact us!

Q: Car models cannot work?
A: When u connected fine, and make sure everything is in right situation, but it still not work with your car, pls consider if your car model belongs to OBD2 protocol first, and V2.1 doesn't support J1850 PWM and VPM these two protocol, so if your car model is in these two protocols, it doesn't support.
